Collectors Book Inventory/Tracking System

The Book Tracking System (BTS) is especially designed for book collectors. Beyond tracking basic book details, such as title and copyright, BTS allows you to to track items of special importance to collectors, such as a complete and detailed Printing History (see Figure 1). In addition you can add information about purchace price and current market value, as well as detailed book, jacket, and case conditions (see Figure 2).Track a book's author(s), as well any other type of contributor. Link Authors with one or multiple Pseudonyms - search on either! And you can enter information about each author or contributor's signature individually (see Figure 3).

Over 10 different Lists and Reports, including graphical views (see Figure 4), with filters and drill-down capabilities. Detailed Book Reports provide Provenance for sale or insurance purposes (Figure 6). Specially designed reports total your collections value calculating currency conversions (see Figure 7).

The Filtered Book list lets you easily find all books for an author that are signed - or more importantly - unsigned! Makes packing for an event or convention a breeze. (see Figure 8) Right click on image to Zoom in for more detail.
