The Book Tracking System (BTS) is especially designed for book collectors. Beyond tracking basic book details, such as title and copyright, BTS allows you to to track items of special importance to collectors, such as a complete and detailed Printing History. Track a book's author(s), as well any other type of contributor. Link Authors with one or multiple Pseudonyms - search on either! And you can enter information about each author or contributor's signature individually.

Over 10 different Lists and Reports, including graphical views, with filters and drill-down capabilities. Detailed Book Reports provide Provenance for sale or insurance purposes. Specially designed reports total your collections value calculating currency conversions. Online Order System

Our Online Order System (OOS) is tailored for Independent Rep Groups with their unique business processes and mobile environment. The system will allow Field Reps to take and submit orders electronically. In addition, it provides historical data and allows the generation of many different levels of managerial reports.

The OOS is designed to simplify the order process for field representatives; incorporating order templates, removing extraneous paperwork and standardizing orders and reports.
